DENNIS R. MAY | CEO, Domestic Security Services

Dennis May is a military veteran with over 25 years of distinguished service with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). While employed with the FBI, Mr. May worked a variety of complex investigative matters. Mr. May has extensive experience and expertise in tactical operations and training and has numerous tactical and firearms instructor certifications. Mr. May has expertise in Kidnapping for Ransom matters, Workplace Violence mitigation, Crisis Response and Executive Protection of high-level government officials.

Paul Roderick | CEO, International Security Services

Paul Roderick is a military veteran with over 20 years’ experience in Special Operations and Intelligence. While serving in the U.S. Army Special Forces, Mr. Roderick has served as a Senior Special Forces Communications Sergeant on an Operational Detachment Alpha (ODA). Mr Roderick has experience training foreign fighting forces, building complex communications networks, and liaising with multinational organizations in support of the United States National Security objectives. Mr. Roderick has been deployed to the Middle East and Africa and has worked in Central America and as well as the UK.

Maria Urribarri | Managing Director/Business Development – Latin America

Maria Urribarri is fully bi-lingual and has over 25 years of professional experience in Integrated Marketing Strategy and Sales in the U.S.A, Europe, and Latin America. Ms. Urribarri has expertise in implementing high-profile marketing programs for a multitude of brands and products in an array of sectors, such as International Tourism, Technology, and Global Health Insurance. Ms. Urribarri is well versed at opening and brand positioning in new markets in a variety of global regions.

Dr. Cheney Mak | Managing Director, Insider Threat Mitigation Team

Cheney Mak, PsyD is retired from the FBI with over 25 years of service. As a Special Agent, he has conducted counterintelligence investigations and partnered with cleared defense contractors to mitigate the Insider Threat. Dr. Mak has served on the SWAT team, Firearms Instructor, Crisis Negotiating Team, Adjunct Instructor at the FBI Academy, Profiler and as a Contract Psychologist. Dr. Mak holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Doctorate in Clinical Forensic Psychology.

Dr. Robert Preijers | Managing Director, Workplace Violence Mitigation Team

Robert D. Preijers, PsyD served with the Gardena, California Police Department for 10 years and with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for 25 years. During Dr. Preijers’ decorated career, he conducted investigations on criminal and national security matters. Dr. Preijers has served as a Special Weapons and Tactics operator and sniper. He has also served as a behavioral profiler specializing in counterintelligence and criminal threats. Dr. Preijers holds a doctorate in Clinical Forensic Psychology.

Mike McLeod | Managing Director, Training Division

Mike McLeod is a law enforcement veteran who retired from the North Carolina State Highway Patrol at the rank of First Sergeant after 27 years of service. Mr. McLeod is experienced in Executive Protection, Tactical Emergency Medicine, and Active Shooter Response. Additionally, Mr. McLeod is a certified Firearms Instructor who has delivered over 5,000 hours of instruction to state and federal law enforcement agencies. Mr. McLeod has extensive experience in liaising and coordinating multiple entities into a cohesive, effective unit to accomplish shared objectives.

Todd Baldridge | Senior Advisor, Medical Training and Homeland Security

Todd Baldridge is a Firefighter/Paramedic in Orange County, California, with over 30 years of exceptional service. Mr. Baldridge is a Reserve Police Officer for the Westminster, California Police Department. During his career, he has acted as a SWAT Tactical Medic and held the position of Program Director for Emergency Medical Services education for the FBI. He is a Primary Instructor in Tactical Medicine for California law enforcement and a Master Instructor, EMT curriculum, at Santa Ana College. Mr. Baldridge obtained his Masters in Homeland Security and Public Health Preparedness from the Pennsylvania State University Milton Hershey Medical School.

Wayne May | Senior Advisor, Executive Protection & Facility Security

Wayne May served over 30 years in the Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), United States Department of State. Prior to retiring from DS as the Special Agent in Charge, Houston Field Office, Mr. May held the position of Regional Security Officer at several United States Embassies, where he was responsible for the security of personnel, information and physical security of embassies and residences of US Diplomats and families. Mr. May was a member of the Secretary of States Protection Detail.
